1、一切正常后应检查灯光、鸣笛、倒车报警、手刹车、脚刹车完好性，检查刹车时应注意在车辆在行驶前空踩两脚刹车（45.32.25吨叉车应有排气声。16吨和小轮车应踩下有力）然后缓慢行驶车辆再踩刹车查看刹车距离，车辆刹车距离应和速度载重成正比，其速度越高。载重越大刹车距离越长，如超出规定范围须通知维检人员。

1. After everything is normal, check the integrity of the light, horn, reverse alarm, hand brake and foot brake. When checking the brake, pay attention to step on the two foot brake before driving the vehicle (45.32.25 ton forklift should have exhaust sound. 16 ton and small wheeled vehicles should step on the brake forcefully). Then slowly drive the vehicle and step on the brake to check the brake distance. The brake distance of the vehicle should be proportional to the speed and load, and the higher the speed is. The greater the load, the longer the braking distance. If it exceeds the specified range, notify the maintenance personnel.

2、刹车系统测试后叉车应进行空载起升动作。起升时注意观察载重链条起升是否同步、有无破损断节等现象、润滑是否充分，起升高压油管是否同步、有无破损或漏油。25.32.45吨叉车应检查左右移动是否顺畅。滑轮轴承有无损坏，润滑是否充分。

2. After the brake system test, the forklift shall perform no-load lifting. During lifting, pay attention to whether the lifting of the load chain is synchronous, whether there is damage or disconnection, whether the lubrication is sufficient, and whether the lifting high-pressure oil pipe is synchronous, whether there is damage or oil leakage. 25.32.45t forklift shall be checked to see if it moves smoothly from left to right. Whether the pulley bearing is damaged and whether the lubrication is sufficient.

3、转向系统的检查，看方向是否与方向盘同步，有无跑偏，转向不回，转向油缸漏油等现象。

4、检测完毕后如有问题应立即向设备指导或班组长报告，对不懂、不清楚的问题及时询问交班人员或组长，接到报告的组长在确认情况后通知上级领导在有需要的情况下与维检人员取得联系做好沟通并及时对设备进行维修，严禁瞒报。谎报等情况发生，司机接班后站立于叉车右前方等待工作任务或听组长安排。

4. After testing, if there is any problem, immediately report it to the equipment director or the team leader. For problems that are not understood or clear, timely ask the shift handover personnel or the team leader. After receiving the report, the team leader shall notify the superior leader to contact the maintenance personnel if necessary and maintain the equipment in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to conceal the report. In case of false report, the driver stands at the right front of the forklift after taking over the shift and waits for the work task or listens to the arrangement of the team leader.
