◆气门弹簧折断

合力叉车的气门弹簧折断后，可将断弹簧取下，把断了的两段反过来装上，即可使用。也可找一片一毫米厚的铁皮，剪成比弹簧直径大1毫米的圆片，内部剪一圆孔，直径小于弹簧直径4毫米，外部边缘每隔6毫米剪成4毫米长的裂口，剪好后每隔一片折叠一片，形成双面弹簧座槽，再将弹簧调头装入铁皮槽内即可使用。如弹簧断成数节时，可将该缸的进、排气门调整螺钉拆下，使气门保持关闭状态，让该缸停止工作。

◆油管接头漏油

合力叉车使用时，如发动机油管接头漏油，多是油管喇叭口与油管螺母不密封所致，可用棉纱缠绕于喇叭下缘，再将油管螺母与油管接头拧紧；还可将泡泡糖或麦芽糖嚼成糊状，涂在油管螺母座口，待其干凝后起密封作用，也可将人造革或皮裤带剪成型或放入孔中砸成型，安上即可，还可用一截塑料管剪开成型安上。
