叉车再制造不等同于翻新或回收利用，针对长期使用或濒临废弃状态的旧叉车或配件，通过对设备的生产与使用年限，工况以及实际故障信息的把握，通过综合的分析和实际检测，通过修复清洗工艺和检测技术，拆卸后进行加工或者局部更换，后重新装配。
Remanufacturing forklifts does not equate to refurbishment or recycling. 目前一般采用叉车以旧换新的模式或者维修叉车回购后返租的商业模式，通过客户购买新产品或者租赁适合客户需求的叉车情况下，将客户保有的不适合企业发展和使用需求的叉车回购，就回购的旧设备，进行整体的拆卸与性能部件检测维修。
