(3)及时更换失效油封。油封安装不妥，轴颈与油封刃口不同心，易因偏摆而甩油;有些经长期使用后，会因橡胶老化而失去弹性、密封唇口损坏开裂或自紧弹簧失效，均会丧失封油作用，应按标准修复或更换合格配件。

(5)及时修换主轴承。当主轴承与轴颈配合间隙过大时，前后油封会因曲轴冲击作用而失去密封性，造成机油从曲轴头部外漏，或向离合器内渗油，从而污染摩擦片导致打滑，工作失效。

(5) Repair and replace the main bearing in time. When the fit clearance between the main bearing and the journal is too large, the front and rear oil seals will lose their sealing performance due to the impact of the crankshaft, resulting in oil leakage from the crankshaft head, or oil leakage into the clutch, which will pollute the friction plate, causing slippage and work failure.

(6)避免单向阀、通气阀堵死。这类阀孔堵死后易引起箱壳内温度、压力升高，活塞运动阻力、油耗增加，油气充满整个空间，润滑油消耗增加和更换周期缩短。由于箱壳内外气压差的作用，往往引起密封薄弱处漏油。应当定期检查、疏通、清洗，以保持单向阀、通气阀畅通。

(6) Avoid blocking of check valve and vent valve. This kind of valve hole blockage is easy to cause the temperature and pressure in the case to rise, the piston movement resistance and oil consumption to increase, the oil and gas fill the entire space, the lubricating oil consumption to increase and the replacement cycle to shorten. (7)妥善解决各类油管接头密封。管道连接螺母经常拆装，容易因滑丝断扣而松脱，使两接头喇叭口精度变差，因锥面中心线不重合而接触不良，因锥度不同而不相吻合等，由此引起渗油。应在研磨管接头与喇叭口密封或将薄铜皮夹在两锥面后，拧紧、压实螺母，保证密封。
