延长电动叉车的使用寿命的方式

1、我们要做好电动叉车的养护工作，外表要及时的补漆和替换以损伤的配件，传动有些应有满足的润滑油，对易损件有必要常常查看、修理或替换，对机械的螺栓，特别是常常松动的支干销子，如反转支承、升降臂衔接螺栓应进行查看是不是松动，如有松动有必要即便拧紧或替换。把液压油放尽弃掉，拧紧接头掏出油过滤器，洗清后，用压缩空气整理洁净，然后放回油箱，并衔接好管路。换上新油，不要承继使用旧油。不然电动叉车体系中的运动部件就会加快磨损。

Drain and discard the hydraulic oil, tighten the joint, remove the oil filter, clean it with compressed air, and then return it to the oil tank and connect the pipeline. Replace with new oil and do not continue using old oil. Otherwise, the moving components in the electric forklift system will accelerate wear and tear.

2、不能经常调整电动叉车的溢流阀，部位均加注一些润滑油，延长电动叉车轴承使用寿命。查看电动叉车滚轮、中间轴及轴承，油缸销轴及轴承，臂架铰轴及轴承等有无磨损。

Check for wear on the electric forklift rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings, cylinder pins and bearings, boom hinge shafts and bearings, etc.

3、安装、拆开和调整反转组织时，要注意确保反转组织减速器的中心线与齿轮中心线平行，其啮合面不小于70%，啮合空隙要合适。常常查看一切的电线、电缆有无损伤。

4、电动叉车体系中的每个元件都是在划定压力下工作的。随意调整溢流阀后，可能会形成液压体系非正常运转。液压体系任何部位之间，需首要泄压，以免压力油喷出，电动叉车工作台突然下滑。所以，要定期对电动叉车检查维护。
