How to check the internal combustion forklift before starting the engine? Internal combustion forklift refers to a forklift that uses diesel, gasoline or liquefied petroleum gas as fuel and is powered by an engine. The load capacity is 0.5-45 tons. （一）检查地面有无新滴下的油迹，寻找漏油部位，根据渗漏情况确定可否运行或检修；

（1） Check whether there is any newly dripping oil on the ground, look for the oil leakage part, and determine whether it can be operated or repaired according to the leakage;

（二）检查发动机的机油、冷却水、柴油、液压油、制动液是否足够，并注意油液的清洁度；

（2） Check whether the engine oil, cooling water, diesel, hydraulic oil and brake fluid are sufficient, and pay attention to the cleanliness of the oil;

（三）检查轮胎气压是否足够及磨损是否过量、轮辋有无裂纹、紧固螺栓是否紧固、齐全。

（3） Check whether the tire pressure is sufficient and whether the tire wear is excessive, whether the rim has cracks, and whether the fastening bolts are fastened and complete.

（四）检查转向系、制动系静态下是否符合要。

（4） Check whether the steering system and braking system meet the requirements under static state.

（6） Check whether the lights (large and small lights, steering lights, brake lights) and horn are normal.
