一、电动叉车的电瓶电量不足了或失效。维修方法：及时充电，如果无法充电则按以下几点检查叉车充电机或叉车电池是否有故障。

1、 The battery of the electric forklift is low or ineffective. Maintenance method: Charge in a timely manner. If charging is not possible, check the forklift charger or forklift battery for any faults according to the following points.

1、检查叉车充电机是否有故障？如有找厂家解决。

1. Check if the forklift charger is faulty? If there is any issue, please contact the manufacturer for resolution.

2、连接叉车充电机后用钳形表量下有电输出没有？

2. After connecting the forklift charger, use a clamp meter to measure whether there is power output?

3、检查下充电端子是否松动或氧化，如果有会导致接触不良，也会导致充不进电。

3. Check if the charging terminal is loose or oxidized. If it is, it can cause poor contact and also result in inability to charge.

4、叉车电池是否放置太久没充过电，导致电池组基板硫化严重？

4. Is the forklift battery left unused for too long, resulting in severe vulcanization of the battery pack substrate?

5、用表测量叉车电池的电压受否符合电池的标准电压。

5. Use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage of the forklift battery meets the standard voltage of the battery.

6、以上排除完毕后还是不行，找厂家或维修。

二、电动叉车行走控制微动开关松脱。维修方法：锁紧螺丝。

2、 The micro switch for electric forklift travel control is loose. Repair method: Tighten the screws.

三、电动叉车直流接触器失灵，维修更换。

3、 The DC contactor of the electric forklift is malfunctioning, please repair and replace it.

四、电动叉车电控板损坏，把控制板给人员维修或更换。如需检查维修可参考以下几点：

4、 The electronic control board of the electric forklift is damaged. Please have the control board repaired or replaced by professional personnel. If you need to inspect and repair, you can refer to the following points:

1、叉车主板的表面有无烧糊、烧断、起泡、炸开、板面断线、插口锈蚀等等。

1. Check if the surface of the forklift motherboard is burnt, broken, blistered, exploded, the board surface is broken, and the socket is corroded.

2、万用表测量法：+5V、GND电阻是否是太小（在50欧以下）。

2. Multimeter measurement method: Is the resistance of+5V and GND too small (below 50 ohms).

3、通电检查：对明确已坏板，可略对原电压调高电压0．5－1V，开机后用手搓板上的IC，让有问题的芯片发热，从而感知出来。

3. Power on inspection: For clearly damaged boards, the original voltage can be slightly increased by 0.5-1V. After starting up, use your hand to rub the IC on the board and let the faulty chip heat up, so as to sense it.

4、逻辑笔检查：对怀疑的IC输入、输出、控制极各端检查信号有无、强弱等进行检查和排降。5、将怀疑的芯片，根据手册的指示，检查输入、输出端是否有信号（波型），如有入无出，再查IC的控制线信号（时钟）等的有无，如有则此IC坏的可能性极大，无控制信号，追查到它的前一极，直到找到损坏的IC为止。

4. Logic pen inspection: Check and reduce the presence and strength of signals at the input, output, and control terminals of the IC that are suspected. 5. According to the instructions in the manual, first check for signals (waveform) at the input and output terminals of the suspected chip. If there are any inputs or outputs, then check for the control line signals (clock) of the IC. If there are any, the possibility of the IC being damaged is high. If there is no control signal, trace it to its previous pole until the damaged IC is found.

五、叉车驱动电机故障，检查以下几点并着点维修。

5、 Forklift drive motor malfunction, check the following points and focus on maintenance.

1、叉车驱动电机不能起动，可能是熔断器烧断、控制线路不通、电动机绕组有严重的短路或断路、换向片之间短路、电刷接触不良、负载过重或轴承等机械损坏所致。

1. The forklift drive motor cannot start, which may be caused by a burnt fuse, blocked control circuit, serious short circuit or open circuit in the motor winding, short circuit between commutator blades, poor brush contact, heavy load, or mechanical damage to bearings.

2、叉车驱动电机转速不正常，可能是绕组短路或断路、电刷位置不正并过载、轴承损坏、电源电压太低等原因所致。

2. The abnormal speed of the forklift drive motor may be caused by winding short circuit or open circuit, incorrect brush position and overload, bearing damage, and low power supply voltage.

3、叉车驱动电机电刷发生火花，可能是因为叉车电刷接触不良、换向器表面高低不平、电刷位置不正、表面不洁、换向片短路或电动机绕组短路等原因造成。

3. Sparks on the brush of the forklift drive motor may be caused by poor contact of the forklift brush, uneven surface of the commutator, incorrect brush position, unclean surface, short circuit of the commutator or motor winding, etc.

4、产生高温，可能由于过载、叉车的各轴承及油封太过于紧、损坏或润滑不良，轴芯不正、电枢及磁极相磨擦、绕组短路、电刷压力过大、位置不正、整流不良等原因造成。

4. High temperatures may occur due to overload, excessive tightness, damage or poor lubrication of the bearings and oil seals of the forklift, misalignment of the shaft core, friction between the armature and magnetic poles, short circuit of the winding, excessive brush pressure, misalignment, and poor rectification.

5、叉车驱动电机有杂音，主要是电动叉车配件中的轴承损坏、换向器表面不平、电刷振动或磨擦等原因造成的。

5. The forklift drive motor has noise, mainly caused by damaged bearings in electric forklift accessories, uneven commutator surfaces, brush vibration or friction, and other reasons.

六、电动叉车刹车抱死。维修方法：造成电动叉车刹车抱死的故障原因很多，为如下三点。一是没有定期对叉车刹车系统进行必要的保养，刹车总泵里杂质太多、密封不严、真空助力泵失效、刹车油过脏或几种刹车油混合使用受热后出现气阻、刹车总泵或分泵漏油、储气罐或管路接口漏气、油管有没堵塞。二是由于操作不当导致机件失灵或试调节驱动轮刹车片距离。三是更换叉车刹车分泵的油并排空空气再调试偏刹。

6、 Electric forklift brakes are locked. Maintenance method: There are many reasons for the brake lock of electric forklifts, including the following three points. One reason is that the forklift brake system has not been regularly maintained, as there are too many impurities in the brake master cylinder, poor sealing, failure of the vacuum booster pump, dirty brake oil, or air blockage caused by the mixed use of several types of brake oil, oil leakage from the brake master cylinder or slave cylinder, air leakage from the air storage tank or pipeline interface, and blockage of the oil pipe. The second reason is that improper operation leads to component failure or attempts to adjust the distance between the drive wheel and brake pads. The third is to replace the oil in the forklift brake cylinder and empty the air before adjusting the bias brake.

七、电动叉车完全不动

7、 The electric forklift is completely stationary

1、检查电门锁是否已开或是否已坏。维修方法：直接更换新的电门锁。

1. Check if the electric door lock has been opened or broken. Repair method: directly replace the electric lock with a new one.

2、电池是否有电，蓄电池电量不足。维修方法：补充电池电量，充电。

2. Is the battery charged? The battery is low. Repair method: Replenish the battery and charge it.
