How can we extend the service life of forklift engine oil?

1、定时保养机油的滤清器，按要求选用适宜商标的机油；

1. Regularly maintain the oil filter and select the appropriate trademark of oil according to requirements;

2、避免燃油进入柴油机油底壳；

2. Avoid fuel entering the diesel oil pan;

3、叉车应保持柴油机油底壳及气门罩盖相对关闭，避免杂物侵入机油；

3. Forklifts should keep the diesel oil pan and valve cover relatively closed to prevent debris from entering the oil;

4、要按规则定时替换机油，替换机油时，应在停机后趁热将机油放尽，并清洗油底壳，避免残存的废机油与新机油混合，对新机油起腐蚀作用。

4. Regularly replace the engine oil according to the rules. When replacing the engine oil, the engine oil should be drained while it is hot after the machine is shut down, and the oil pan should be cleaned to avoid mixing residual waste engine oil with new engine oil and causing corrosion to the new engine oil.

5、应保持叉车柴油机正常的作业温度，柴油机的正常作业温度为80-90℃，温度过高会使机油变稀，加快机油的氧化蜕变，降低机油的光滑效果。温度过低，则会使柴油得不到充分焚烧，一部分油气就会冷凝成液态顺着气缸壁流入油底壳，稀释机油。

5. The normal operating temperature of the forklift diesel engine should be maintained. The normal operating temperature of the diesel engine is 80-90 ℃. If the temperature is too high, the oil will become thinner, accelerate the oxidation and transformation of the oil, and reduce the smoothness of the oil. If the temperature is too low, it will prevent the diesel from being fully incinerated, and a portion of the oil and gas will condense into a liquid state along the cylinder wall and flow into the oil pan, diluting the engine oil.
