油封修理包老化或损坏导致漏油没油油路（阀体）堵塞或磨损导致回油密封不住油破损导致回油油泵里面有空气等等原因。

The aging or damage of the oil seal repair kit leads to oil leakage, blockage or wear of the oil circuit (valve body), resulting in the inability to seal the return oil, damage to the oil, air in the return oil pump, and other reasons.

手拉叉车上有阀体，弹簧，钢珠来配合可以接通或切断油路，改变工作方式。良好的分配阀体与油缸之间的间隙很小，做工精密极少会出现漏油的情况，故液压油缸下降很小，几本看不出来，不影响工作。但磨损间隙过大时，液压油缸和阀体在工作时产生的压力下，就会造成工作油道中的油与回油道或溢油道相通，高压后的液压油自动回到油缸内。产生这个故障的原因是，阀体长期使用过多或油液不清洁等加快了阀杆与阀体的磨损，破坏了配合密封面，导致油缸内漏油。若阀体和油缸磨损严重，则需要更换新件。

If the valve body and oil cylinder are severely worn, new parts need to be replaced.

油缸油封修理包因使用年限过久后导致油封修理包老化，导致密封不了液压油，造成内漏的现象，还有一些就是受力过重，超过承受重力范围内造成修理包损坏以内漏的情况，只要出现以上情况的话建议全套油缸的修理包全部换完，以以后正常老化时都是所有的油缸修理包都是统一老化，在更换新件老化的过程时间中不需要再更换其它的密封件，减少损坏。
