电池箱体上如有箱盖或其他遮盖物，充电前一定要移开或打开，确保充电时产生的可燃气体充分散发，在充电完成后30分钟后可合上遮盖物，充电房内应该通风良好，室内充电房要安装排风扇。

If there is a cover or other cover on the battery box, it must be removed or opened before charging to ensure that the combustible gas generated during charging is fully dissipated. The cover can be closed 30 minutes after charging is completed. The charging room should be well ventilated, and an exhaust fan should be installed in the indoor charging room.

1. 拔开蓄电池电缆和电瓶车电缆的插接头连接。

1. Disconnect the plug connectors of the battery cable and the electric vehicle cable.

2. 测量电解液的温度，如果大于55℃，则应等蓄电池冷却后再继续如下步骤。

2. Measure the temperature of the electrolyte. If it is greater than 55 ℃, wait for the battery to cool before continuing with the following steps.

3. 接上蓄电池与充电机电缆之间的插头。打开充电机的充电开关，开始充电。切忌中途停止充电，一定要充电到充电机显示充足为止！

3. Connect the plug between the battery and the charger cable. Turn on the charging switch of the charger and start charging. Do not stop charging midway, be sure to charge until the charger displays full!

4. 充电结束后，先关充电机电源，然后拔开蓄电池和充电机的电缆插头连接。

After charging, turn off the power of the charger first, and then disconnect the cable plugs between the battery and the charger.

5. 检查电解液的充电后的液面高度，如液位低于允许高度（低于加水塞），则应补充符合标准的蒸馏水或去离子水（加水塞z低位向上1-2厘米），但不可加入任何酸液。

5. Check the liquid level of the electrolyte after charging. If the liquid level is lower than the allowable height (lower than the water plug), distilled water or deionized water that meets the standards should be added (the water plug should be 1-2cm higher than the low position), but no acid should be added.

6. 加水必须在充电后进行，充电前加水，可能导致充电时酸液溢出。

7. z后，接上蓄电池和电瓶车的电缆插头，电动叉车可投入使用。

7. After z, connect the cable plugs of the battery and the electric forklift, and the electric forklift can be put into use.

8. 在使用过程中如电动叉车未出现“需充电警示标志”或“未低于30%电量”禁止给蓄电池组充电！否则会影响到整组电池的寿命！

8. During use, if the electric forklift does not display a "charging warning sign" or "the battery level is not lower than 30%", it is prohibited to charge the battery pack! Otherwise, it will affect the lifespan of the entire set of batteries!
