当电动叉车进入正式的工作状态之后,定期的给电动叉车进行维修检查是很必要的,在检查过程中,对磨损零件作出及时修复或更换,是一项很重要、细致的工作。如果不该修换的零件进行了修换会造成浪费?

1、一般零件其磨损程度虽已超过公差,但未超过次一级配合公差的,可以继续使用。
1. Although the wear degree of general parts has exceeded the tolerance, but has not exceeded the next level of fit tolerance, they can continue to be used.
2、零件因磨损而不能完成预定使用功能,如离合器丧失传递动力的作用,液压件达不到预定的压力,凸轮配气系统不能保持预定的运动规律,如出现以上情况,就要更换或修复。

3、有些零件在磨损之后,虽然还能完成使用功能,但降低了性能,如传动齿轮发生磨损后仍能传递预定的转矩和速度,但是因间隙过大,噪声增高,效率降低,使传递的平稳性遭到破坏,就要根据磨损程度来决定修复或更换。

为各种零件确定一个磨损极限标准作为判断是否应该修换的依据,便是一项十分关键的事情。不过决定零件是否应该修换,不能单以零件的尺寸精度、表面粗糙度或形位误差为依据,还要考虑零件的磨损程度对电动叉车整体性能的影响。
Determining a wear limit standard for various parts as a basis for determining whether they should be repaired or replaced is a crucial matter.
