1、节温器的检查

叉车节温器又称调温器。作用是根据冷却水温度的高低自动调节进入散热器的水量,改变水的循环范围,以调节冷却系的散热能力,保证发动机在合适的温度范围内工作。在启动的一段时间内,进、出水管用手触摸应有明显的温差,在持续一段时间后,温差明显削减。当叉车到达正常工作温度时用手触摸已无明显温差感觉。当然精确的检测办法还是取下节温器,将其置于热水中加热,检查阀门的封锁温度和阀门的升程。

Of course, the accurate detection method is to remove the thermostat, heat it in hot water, and check the sealing temperature and valve lift of the valve.
2、水泵的检查

冷却水在冷却系统中不断循环的动力源来自于水泵。水泵能否建立起充足的压力是冷却系统正常工作的关键。在增长冷却水时,如果随着发动机转速的降低,冷却液面明显降低,这说明水泵工况正常。反之,水泵与叶轮松脱,冷却水无法循环。水泵、发动机、冷却风扇共用一条皮带,因此皮带的松紧度直接影响到四驱叉车的水泵、风扇、发动机的转速。用手指压下皮带的中部,下挠度应在一定范围内为正常,太大会导致水温过高,太小则会对水泵轴承、发动机轴承造成损伤。

Whether the water pump can establish sufficient pressure is the key to the normal operation of the cooling system. When increasing the cooling water, if the coolant level significantly decreases with the decrease of engine speed, it indicates that the water pump is operating normally. On the contrary, the water pump and impeller become loose, and the cooling water cannot circulate. The water pump, engine, and cooling fan share a common belt, so the tightness of the belt directly affects the speed of the water pump, fan, and engine of four-wheel drive forklifts. Press down the middle of the belt with your fingers. The downward deflection should be within a certain range, which is normal. If it is too high, it will cause excessive water temperature, while if it is too small, it will cause damage to the water pump bearings and engine bearings.
