1、充电时须按照充电规则操作，并禁止明烟；

1. When charging, operate according to the charging rules, and no open smoke is allowed;

2、检修电动叉车时不准用火柴、打火机等明火照明；

2. It is not allowed to use matches, lighters and other open flames for lighting when overhauling the electric forklift;

3、不得任意加大保险丝的规格或用其它金属丝代替保险丝；

3. It is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the size of the fuse or replace the fuse with other metal wires;
                              

4、不得用短路的方法进行划火试线或检验蓄电池的电压；

4. It is not allowed to draw the fire test line or test the voltage of the battery by short circuit method;

5、及时排除燃油滴漏、电线（包括充电用的电线）的老化破皮以及电线固定不牢受到挤压、摩擦等问题；

5. Timely eliminate fuel dripping, aging and skin breaking of wires (including charging wires), and extrusion and friction of wires due to loose fixation;

6、对电动叉车进行电焊、气割作业时，应视具体情况拆下或保护好电瓶等，并将焊接处及旁边的油污干净，旁边应备有必要的灭火器。
