对于济南叉车倾斜油缸使用之前，我们先来了解一下济南合力叉车倾斜油缸是什么在使用过程中有哪些作用？倾斜油缸是由活塞、缸体、活塞杆、上盖、下盖、压紧螺母和盖母等主要零件构成。倾斜油缸有两个油孔可互换为进排油孔,由活塞把油缸分为前腔和后腔,前倾时后腔充高压油,后倾时前腔充高压油。

The tilt cylinder has two oil holes that can be interchanged as inlet and outlet holes. The piston divides the cylinder into a front chamber and a rear chamber. When tilting forward, the rear chamber is filled with high-pressure oil, and when tilting backward, the front chamber is filled with high-pressure oil.

叉车液压系统的液压缸一般配有举升液压缸、倾翻液压缸、转向液压缸等。因此，叉车的倾翻液压缸顾名思义就是安装在叉车液压系统的液压缸内。但是，内燃叉车的倾斜油缸都是作用活塞式，油缸的前后两端各有一个油管接头。倾斜油缸的前端通过活塞杆接头与外龙门架连接，后端与内燃叉车车架的上支撑座连接。主要附件结构有:活塞杆、防尘圈、专用螺塞、Yx形密封圈、O形密封圈、导向套、缸筒、挡圈、活塞、膨胀环等叉车附件。

1.拆卸方法:

1. Disassembly method:

1)拆下内燃叉车的油管接头，拧下倾斜液压缸的销钉螺丝，拔下销钉，从叉车上取下叉车液压缸。

1) Remove the oil pipe joint of the internal combustion forklift, unscrew the pin screw of the tilt hydraulic cylinder, pull out the pin, and remove the forklift hydraulic cylinder from the forklift.

2)将内燃叉车的倾翻液压缸固定在虎钳上，拧下螺钉，拆下压盖，拆下卡簧。

2) Fix the tilting hydraulic cylinder of the internal combustion forklift on a vice, unscrew the screws, remove the gland, and remove the retaining ring.

3)通过耳环将活塞杆及附件从缸体中拔出。

3) Pull the piston rod and accessories out of the cylinder block through the earrings.

4)拔出开口销，拧上螺母，取下垫圈、Yx形密封圈、支撑环、活塞、导向套、O形密封圈等。

4) Pull out the split pin, screw on the nut, remove the washer, Yx shaped sealing ring, support ring, piston, guide sleeve, O-ring, etc.

5)拆卸止推垫圈，松开螺母，拧下耳环。

5) Remove the thrust washer, loosen the nut, and unscrew the earring.
