1.水平拉杆、转向桥弯曲变形或电动叉车胎压不足。

1. The horizontal pull rod, steering axle is bent or deformed, or the tire pressure of the electric forklift is insufficient.

2.水平拉杆和直拉杆的球头装置调节过紧，需要松开。

2. The ball joint devices of the horizontal and straight pull rods are adjusted too tightly and need to be loosened.

3.电动叉车转向螺杆上下轴承调整过紧，或叉车轴承损坏。

4、舵机润滑不好，如:舵机需要加油。各球头未及时润滑，工作时摩擦阻力增大。转动下转向盘，如果感到放松，转向机内部润滑良好，然后检查传动机构是否太紧，而传动机构润滑不良，发现问题要及时调整，润滑。

4. The lubrication of the steering gear is not good, for example, the steering gear needs to be refueled. The ball heads were not lubricated in a timely manner, resulting in increased frictional resistance during operation. Rotate the lower steering wheel. If you feel relaxed, the internal lubrication of the steering gear is good. Then check if the transmission mechanism is too tight and if the lubrication of the transmission mechanism is poor. If any problems are found, adjust and lubricate them in a timely manner.

电动叉车齿条与齿轮风扇网间隙调整过紧。对于故障诊断和放电，拆卸舵机摇臂。若方向盘感觉沉重，调整齿条、齿扇、螺杆轴承的行程。如果感到松紧不均，或内部卡死，检查螺丝、钢球、导轨夹、齿条和轴承是否有粗糙度或损坏。如有必要，建议直接修理或更换。
