叉车驱动桥壳的检测与修理!

叉车的驱动桥壳,巩固的装置在叉车车架上。由于驱动桥和车架是刚性联接,叉车在叉取货物或搬运、堆垛作业中,驱动桥将承当大局部重量,而且还有道路不平、叉架载荷不均等的状况,这样驱动桥将呈现弯曲、断裂,半轴套管轴承孔磨损和半轴套管轴颈磨损等损伤。

  The driving axle housing of the forklift truck and the consolidation device are on the forklift truck frame. Because the driving axle and the frame are rigidly connected, the driving axle of forklift truck will bear a large part of the weight in forklift cargo or handling and stacking operations, and the road is uneven and the load of the forklift is uneven. Thus, the driving axle will appear bending, fracture, bearing hole wear of the half-axle sleeve and axle neck wear of the half-axle sleeve.
  叉车驱动桥壳弯曲的检验与修理
  Inspection and Repair of Forklift Drive Axle Shell Bending
  (1)驱动桥壳弯曲的检验。检验前应校正半轴及轮毂端平面接触凸缘的平整度,消弭其端面圆跳动误差,再将规范半轴装在驱动桥壳上,校紧轴承,从壳内测试左右半轴的中心位置,判别有无弯曲。两轴线之差应不大于0.75mm。
  (1) Test of bending of driving axle housing. Before inspection, the flatness of the plane contact flange of the half-axle and hub end should be corrected to eliminate the circular runout error of the end face. Then the standard half-axle should be installed on the driving axle housing, the bearing should be tightened, and the center position of the left and right half-axles should be tested from the shell to determine whether there is bending or not. The difference between the two axes should be no more than 0.75 mm.
  (2)驱动桥壳弯曲超限时应停止校正。校正时,校正变形量应不大于原有弯曲变形量,并将校正压力坚持一段时间,使桥壳得到一定的塑性变形。假如变形过大,弯曲变形大于2mm时,可预热后校正、但加热温度不允许超越700℃。铸制的桥壳好防止加热校正。
  (2) When the bending of the driving axle housing exceeds the limit, the correction should be stopped. When correcting, the corrected deformation should be no more than the original bending deformation, and the corrected pressure should be maintained for a period of time, so that the bridge shell can get a certain plastic deformation. If the deformation is too large and the bending deformation is larger than 2 mm, it can be corrected after heating, but the heating temperature is not allowed to exceed 700 C. Cast axle housing is best prevented from heating correction.
  叉车驱动桥壳断裂的修理
  Repair of Fracture of Forklift Drive Axle Shell
  驱动桥壳中部裂纹及突缘上裂纹,可用焊接法修复,其操作要点如下:
  The cracks in the middle of the driving axle housing and on the flange can be repaired by welding. The main points of operation are as follows:
  (1)沿裂纹开成90°的v形坡口,其深度为厚度的2/3。
  (1) A 90 degree V-shaped groove is formed along the crack with a depth of 2/3 of the thickness.
  (2)在距裂纹两末端6-10mm处,各钻直径5mm孔。
  (2) At 6-10 mm from the two ends of the crack, each drill has a diameter of 5 mm.

  (3)电焊焊补裂纹,其焊层应高于根本金属,但不超越1mm。正面焊好后再在背面停止焊补,焊后应将焊缝修平。焊补在工作平面的,其平面度误差应不大于0.25mm。
  (3) The weld layer should be higher than the base metal, but not more than 1 mm, to repair cracks by welding. After the front welding is finished, the back welding shall be stopped. After welding, the weld shall be repaired flat. The flatness error of weld repair in working plane should be no more than 0.25 mm.
  (4)裂纹焊补后应在裂纹处焊接增强腹板,其厚度普通为4-6mm,增强腹板应与驱动桥壳中心对称。
  (4) After crack repair, the reinforced web should be welded at the crack. Its thickness is usually 4-6 mm. The reinforced web should be symmetrical with the driving axle housing.
  (5)如裂纹穿透驱动桥壳盖或主减速器突缘平面,则在焊补后应另焊增强腹环。驱动桥壳盖平面的增强腹环可复接于外面,主减速器壳则视内部空间的答应,应复接于内面。焊接增强腹环时,应先用螺栓将增强腹环紧压于平面上,以免焊接时位置挪动和挠曲。
  (5) If the crack penetrates into the flange plane of the driving axle housing cover or the main reducer, the reinforcing web ring shall be welded after the welding repair. The enhanced belly ring of the driving axle housing cover plane can be connected to the outside, while the main reducer housing should be connected to the inside according to the promise of the inner space. When welding reinforcing abdominal rings, bolts should be used to press the reinforcing abdominal rings tightly on the plane so as not to move and deflect the position during welding.
  (6)焊补增强后的驱动桥壳,要重新停止检验其直线度误差、壳盖面和主减速器突缘平面的平面度误差、并校正、修磨到契合规范。
  (6) The straightness error, the flatness error of the shell cover and the flange plane of the main reducer should be re-checked and corrected and repaired to conform to the specifications.
