叉车作业时,左右升降油缸活塞杆起升不同步

故障诊断:升降油缸和活塞杆之间的尼绒导向套膨胀
Fault diagnosis: The nylon guide sleeve between the lifting cylinder and piston rod is expanding
故障排除:在安装时要先对尼绒导向套进行适当的调整,用钢锯把尼绒导向套锯掉 3mm,使之有一定的开口间隙,保证膨胀系数,在使用过程中才不会造成上述故障
Troubleshooting: During installation, it is necessary to make appropriate adjustments to the nylon guide sleeve. Use a hacksaw to cut off 3mm of the nylon guide sleeve, leaving a certain opening gap to ensure the coefficient of expansion, so as not to cause the above faults during use
叉车作业时,转动方向盘时转向轮不灵敏
During forklift operation, the steering wheel is not sensitive when turning the steering wheel
故障诊断:转向器定位簧片折断,转向油缸内漏。
Fault diagnosis: The positioning spring of the steering gear is broken, and there is internal leakage in the steering cylinder.
故障排除:原地转动方向,感觉方向太轻,即可确定为转向器簧片折断,更换转向器簧片即可解决。如果感觉转动方向盘时有一定力感而转向轮非常不灵敏,并向左或向右转动方向盘时可呈360度旋转即可确定是因为转向缸内活塞上的油封损坏,造成内漏现象,更换油封即可排除故障。
Troubleshooting: If the direction of rotation is too light, it can be determined that the steering gear spring is broken. Replacing the steering gear spring can solve the problem. If you feel a certain amount of force when turning the steering wheel and the steering wheel is very insensitive, and can rotate 360 degrees when turning the steering wheel to the left or right, it can be determined that the oil seal on the piston in the steering cylinder is damaged, causing internal leakage. Replacing the oil seal can eliminate the problem.
叉车作业时,升降油缸在落铲过程中下滑过快

故障诊断:升降缸限速阀里的弹簧折断。
Fault diagnosis: The spring in the speed limit valve of the lifting cylinder is broken.
故障排除:更换限速阀内的弹簧或者更换限速阀总成即可排除此故障。
Troubleshooting: Replacing the spring inside the speed limit valve or replacing the speed limit valve assembly can eliminate this fault.
叉车在作业时,原地打方向时会感到方向沉重,行驶过程中方向并不觉得很沉重
