Method for replacing the oil seal of the hydraulic cylinder of a forklift:

先将叉车液压缸的两端制动弹簧取出或是制动螺丝，或者是有些油缸顶部是螺丝旋转扭出拆下来。

First, take out the brake springs at both ends of the forklift hydraulic cylinder, or remove the brake screws, or some oil cylinders with screws rotating and twisting at the top.

两边的导向套或一只导向套然后取出导向套的密封圈换上新的耐磨环油封。

Take out the sealing ring of the guide sleeve on both sides or one guide sleeve and replace it with a new wear-resistant ring oil seal.

叉车液压缸里面的活塞杆进口油封同时换上叉车密封圈如果变形或老化，很难取下，可将开水浸泡密封圈10分钟即可取出。

If the inlet oil seal of the piston rod in the hydraulic cylinder of the forklift is deformed or aged, and it is difficult to remove it, soak the sealing ring in boiling water for 10 minutes to remove it.

二叉车多路阀油封的更换方法

Replacement method for oil seal of multi way valve on two forklifts

拆开多路阀操作手柄杆，取下卡簧和固定销。

Disassemble the operating handle lever of the multi way valve, remove the circlip and fixing pin.

用十字螺丝刀打开多路阀上面的两个螺丝，然后打开盖板。

Open the two screws on the multi way valve with a Phillips screwdriver, and then open the cover plate.

取出里面的油封或者O型耐磨环，再装上新的油封或O型耐磨环后，注意必须要安装卡到位，然后再盖上盖板，锁好螺丝，再装上固定销和卡簧和操作手柄连接好。

Take out the oil seal or O-ring inside, and then install a new oil seal or O-ring. Be sure to install it in place, then cover it with a cover plate, lock the screws, and then install the fixing pin and the circlip and connect it to the operating handle.

试车检查测试，没问题后，可以交给叉车司机使用。

Test drive, inspection, and testing. Once there are no issues, it can be handed over to the forklift driver for use.
