1、 Adjustment Method for Forklift Clutch

叉车离合器压盘总成在装车前都经过严格调整，保证了三个分离杠杆共面及该面与分离轴承分离面平行，用户在使用过程中一般不用调整。若在使用过程中出现结合不完全、不能彻底分离或分离轴承自由行程不合适时如参考以下方法进行调整：

The forklift clutch pressure plate assembly is strictly adjusted before installation to ensure that the three release levers are coplanar and parallel to the release bearing separation surface. Users generally do not need to adjust it during use. If there is incomplete binding, incomplete separation, or improper free travel of the release bearing during use, please refer to the following methods for adjustment:

1、当叉车离合器出现分离不彻底现象时，一般情况是分离轴承间隙过大，此时应先将拉杆10上的锁紧螺母12松开，然后调整螺母11，直分离轴承的自由行程（指分离轴承与压盘三个分离杠杆之间的间隙）在2mm～3mm之间为止，后将锁紧螺母12锁紧即可。

1. When the forklift clutch is not completely separated, the clearance of the release bearing is generally too large. At this time, loosen the locknut 12 on the pull rod 10, then adjust the nut 11 until the free travel of the release bearing (the clearance between the release bearing and the three release levers of the pressure plate) is between 2mm and 3mm, and finally lock the locknut 12.

2、当叉车离合器出现打滑现象时，一般情况是分离轴承还压在分离杠杆上，没有保证应有的自由行程，此时可取下离合器盖板8，松开螺母7，顺时针转动球头销6，直分离轴承的自由行程达到2mm～3mm之间后，重新锁紧螺母7，即可正常使用。

2. When the forklift clutch slips, the general situation is that the release bearing is still pressed against the release lever without ensuring the necessary free travel. At this time, the clutch cover plate 8 can be removed, the nut 7 can be loosened, and the ball joint pin 6 can be turned clockwise until the free travel of the release bearing reaches between 2mm and 3mm. After that, the nut 7 can be locked again for normal use.

如果进行了上述调整，故障问题还未能解决，就应检查从动盘总成是否出现问题。叉车发动机在运转过程中，听到离合器壳体内有异常响声；或发现离合器失灵后经检查分离轴承、分离叉没有问题，并且调整分离轴承间隙后，离合器依然不能正常使用，即可断定从动盘总成出现了问题。
