一、长时间使用电动叉车造成的损耗
1、 Loss caused by long-term use of electric forklift
1、定子和转子铁心中的基本铁耗。它主要是主磁场在铁心中发生变化时产生的。
1. Basic iron loss in stator and rotor cores. It is mainly produced when the main magnetic field changes in the core.
2、空载时铁心中的附加或杂散的损耗。它主要指由定子和转子开槽而引起的磁导谐波磁场在对方贴心表面产生的表面耗损和因开槽而使对方齿中刺痛因电动机旋转而变化的脉振损耗。
2. Additional or stray losses in the core at no load. It mainly refers to the surface loss caused by the slot of stator and rotor, and the pulse loss caused by the slot of stator and rotor.

3、电器损耗。它指由工作电流在绕组铜或铝中产生的损耗,也包括电刷在转向器或集电环上的接触损耗。
3. Electrical loss. It refers to the loss caused by the working current in the winding copper or aluminum, and also includes the contact loss of the brush on the steering gear or collector ring.
4、负载时的附加或杂散损耗。这是由于定子或转子的工作电流所产生的漏磁场,包括谐波磁场、在定,转子绕组里和贴心及结构件里引起的各种损耗。
4. Additional or stray losses at load. This is the leakage magnetic field caused by the working current of the stator or rotor, including harmonic magnetic field, various losses caused in the stator, rotor winding, intimate and structural parts.
5、机械损耗。它包括电动叉车电机通风损耗由转子旋转引起的转子表面与冷却气体之间的摩擦损耗以及安装在电动机转轴上的旋转变压器或由电动机本身转轴驱动的风扇所需的功率损耗,轴承摩擦损耗,电刷与换向器或集电环间的摩擦损耗。
5. Mechanical loss. It includes the friction loss between the rotor surface and the cooling gas caused by the rotation of the rotor, the power loss required by the resolver installed on the motor shaft or the fan driven by the motor shaft, the bearing friction loss, and the friction loss between the brush and the commutator or collector ring.
二、电动叉车常见故障解决方法
2、 Solutions to common troubles of electric forklift
1、电动叉车电机不启动:可能是熔断器烧断、控制线路不通、电动机绕组有严重的短路或断路、换向片之间短路、电刷接触不良、负载过重或轴承等机械损坏所致。
1. Motor of electric forklift does not start: it may be caused by fuse burn out, control circuit impassability, serious short circuit or open circuit of motor winding, short circuit between reversing pieces, poor contact of electric brush, overload or mechanical damage of bearing, etc.
方法:将电机拆卸下来,对线路进行详细排查,线路损坏严重直接更换新的电机;轻微损坏就进行修复。
Methods: dismantle the motor, check the circuit in detail, replace the motor with a new one if the circuit is seriously damaged, and repair it if it is slightly damaged.
2、电动叉车电机转速不正常:可能是绕组短路或断路、电刷位置不正并过载、轴承损坏、电源电压太低等原因所致。
2. Motor speed of electric forklift is abnormal: it may be caused by short circuit or open circuit of winding, improper position and overload of electric brush, bearing damage, too low power supply voltage, etc.
方法:检查电源电压是否符合使用标准,修正电刷位置,检查轴承损坏情况,严重更换,不严重进行对应修复。
Methods: check whether the power supply voltage meets the use standard, correct the position of the brush, check the bearing damage, replace it seriously, and repair it if not.
3、电刷发生火花:可能是因为叉车电刷接触不良、换向器表面高低不平、电刷位置不正、表面不洁、换向片短路或电动机绕组短路等原因造成。
3. Sparking of electric brush: it may be caused by poor contact of electric brush of forklift, uneven surface of commutator, incorrect position of electric brush, unclean surface, short circuit of commutator or motor winding, etc.
方法:检查电刷接触点是否未安装严密,清理表面。

4、电动叉车电机产生高温:可能由于过载、叉车的各轴承及油封太过于紧、损坏或润滑不良,轴芯不正、电枢及磁极相磨擦、绕组短路、电刷压力过大、位置不正、整流不良等原因造成。
4. High temperature of electric forklift motor: it may be caused by overload, too tight bearing and oil seal of forklift, damage or poor lubrication, incorrect shaft core, friction between armature and magnetic pole, short circuit of winding, excessive brush pressure, incorrect position, poor rectification, etc.
方法:启动前,详细排查各零件部位是否能正常运转使用,做好一切准备工作。
