(2) Inspection after the water temperature rises: During the initial stage of engine operation, the water temperature reaches thousands of degrees, and when the water temperature gauge displays 80 degrees, the heating speed slows down, indicating that the thermostat is operating normally. On the contrary, if the water temperature continues to rise rapidly, when the internal pressure reaches a certain level, the boiling water suddenly overflows, indicating that the main valve is stuck and suddenly opens.

(3)水温低于70℃时，节温器膨胀管处于收缩状态，主阀关闭;水温高于80℃时，膨胀管膨胀，主阀逐渐打开，散热器内循环水开始流动。

(3) When the water temperature is lower than 70 ℃, the expansion pipe of the thermostat is in a retracted state and the main valve is closed; When the water temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the expansion pipe expands, the main valve gradually opens, and the circulating water in the radiator begins to flow.

(4)当温度计显示70-80℃时，打开散热器盖和散热器放水开关，用手感觉水温。如果两只手都热，恒温器就会正常工作。如果散热器进水温度低，散热器上腔进水管无水或少水，则无法打开节温器主阀。

(4) When the thermometer displays 70-80 ℃, open the radiator cap and radiator drain switch, and feel the water temperature with your hands. If both hands are hot, the thermostat will work properly. If the water inlet temperature of the radiator is low, and there is no or little water in the water inlet pipe of the upper chamber of the radiator, the main valve of the thermostat cannot be opened.

(5)当温度计低于70℃时，如果散热器进水管内有水流，水温高，使用时温度计的主阀关不严，使冷却水过快过大。冷却系统一般由冷却风扇、散热器、节温器等部件组成。冷却风扇通常由发动机直接驱动，风扇转速与发动机转速相同。因此，冷却水温度的控制主要依靠恒温器。

(5) When the thermometer is below 70 ℃, if there is water flow in the radiator inlet pipe and the water temperature is high, the main valve of the thermometer is not tightly closed during use, resulting in excessive cooling water.
