1、拆解方法：

1. Disassembly method:

1）拆下合力叉车油管接头，拧下倾斜液压缸销轴螺钉，拔下销轴，从叉车上拿下叉车液压缸。

1) Remove the oil pipe joint of Heli Forklift, unscrew the pin screw of tilt hydraulic cylinder, pull out the pin, and take off the hydraulic cylinder of Forklift from the Forklift.

2）将合力叉车倾斜液压缸固定在台虎钳上，拧下螺钉，取下压盖，拆下弹性挡圈。

2) Fix the tilt hydraulic cylinder of Heli Forklift on the vise, unscrew the screw, remove the gland, and remove the circlip.

3）通过耳环将活塞杆及附件从缸体上拔出。

3) Pull out the piston rod and accessories from the cylinder block through the earrings.

4）拔出开口销，拧上螺母，拿下垫圈、Yx形密封圈、支承环、活塞、导向套、O形密封圈等。

4) Pull out the cotter pin, screw on the nut, take down the washer, Yx-shaped seal ring, backup ring, piston, guide sleeve, O-ring, etc.

5）拆开止推垫片，松开螺母，拧下耳环。

2、合力叉车主要零配件的检验、修理

2. Inspection and repair of main parts of Heli forklift

1）将合力叉车倾斜液压缸分解后，应该将叉车配件仔细地清洗干净、烘干。

1) After disassembling the tilt hydraulic cylinder of Heli forklift, the forklift accessories should be carefully cleaned and dried.

2）检查叉车活塞与叉车活塞杆同轴度。将叉车活塞杆架在V形架上，用千分表检查，若是由于叉车活塞的精度不符合精度要求而超差，应给予更换。

2) Check the coaxiality of the fork lift piston and the fork lift piston rod. Put the piston rod of the forklift on the V-shaped frame and check with a dial indicator. If the accuracy of the forklift piston does not meet the accuracy requirements and is out of tolerance, it should be replaced.

3）检查合力叉车活塞感弯曲。用V形架、千分表检查，当弯曲时应该校正修复。

3) Check whether the piston of Heli Forklift feels bent. Check with V-frame and dial indicator, and correct and repair when bending.

4）叉车缸筒表面严重磨损或划痕时，可用珩磨修复。

4) When the surface of the forklift cylinder is seriously worn or scratched, it can be repaired by honing.

5）叉车导向管内孔严重磨损或有划痕时，应该给予更换。

5) When the inner hole of the guide tube of the forklift is seriously worn or scratched, it should be replaced.

6）如皮碗、叉车密封圈磨损和断裂，应该给予更换。叉车活塞上采用O形密封圈时，一般使用几年后失去原形，应该给予更换。

6) If the rubber cup and forklift seal ring are worn and broken, they should be replaced. When the O-ring seal is used on the piston of the forklift, it usually loses its original shape after several years of use and should be replaced.

7）修复后的缸筒内表面与叉车活塞的配合间隙应该为0.04-0.13mm，但间隙不得大于0.25mm。

7) The fit clearance between the inner surface of the repaired cylinder barrel and the forklift piston should be 0.04-0.13mm, but the clearance should not be greater than 0.25mm.

8）叉车活塞杆与导向套的间隙为0.04-0.15mm，如果间隙大于0.45mm，应该更换导向套。

8) The clearance between the piston rod and the guide sleeve of the forklift is 0.04-0.15mm. If the clearance is greater than 0.45mm, the guide sleeve should be replaced.
