方法三、化学法：是使用一种化学溶剂——退炭剂将零件表面的积炭软化，使其失去与金属结合的能力，然后将软化的积炭除去的方法。此法除积炭的效率高、效果好，不易损环零件表面。退炭剂一般由积炭溶剂、稀释剂、缓成释剂和活性剂4种成分组成。退炭剂的种类较多，按金属零件材质的不同可分为钢件退炭剂和铝件退炭剂，上些退炭剂中含有对铝制品起化学腐蚀作用的成分(如苛性钠)，所以只适用于钢件退炭。
