1.电动叉车电池不在安装时间,导致长期储存。

长期存放会导致电池自放电,导致容量不足。如果电池存放时间较长,应定期充电。
Long term storage will lead to battery self discharge and insufficient capacity. If the battery is stored for a long time, it should be charged regularly.

影响电池寿命的主要因素是叉车电池的正极板。电动叉车,电池充放电循环容量,特别是深循环容量的下降与正极板质量密切相关。

微活性物质中有大孔和微孔,大孔尺寸大于0.5厘米,许多微孔呈组成状,随着放电循环,活性物质表面收缩,形成核心,呈现珊瑚的结构。多次放电会导致小孔堆积,大孔增多,破坏正结构,导致活性物质脱落。
