油底壳、阀盖等位置因为接触面积大，所以不容易将其紧凑，从而会形成漏油情况。曲轴后部位置的油封泄露，机油会进入到离合器中，这就会让电动叉车的机油出现严重损耗情况，还会让离合器片出现打滑、燃烧等情况。

根据相关标准将螺母拧紧，若压缩力较大，垫圈会出现渗漏情况。若拧的过紧。螺丝孔周围的金属也会出现突出情况，螺纹同样会出现打滑、漏油等情况。

若油封装置不当，轴颈、油封切削刃都会有一定的差异，由于偏航、机油，长时间使用会因橡胶老化、密封唇损坏、弹簧自紧而失去弹性，从而也会失去油封效果，应按标准对电动叉车的相应零部件进行校正、更换。

气缸套、活塞、活塞环在一定程度上出现磨损时，焚化室中的高压气体被迫进入曲轴箱中。所以当发生这种现象时，我们应对电动叉车的磨损零部件进行及时的更换过程。
