　　① Attention should be paid to prevent impurities mixed with moisture②要根据环境温度选择适当粘度等级的油品，确保高、低温工作条件下的润滑要求。如我公司地处南方、冬、夏季温差都没有北方那么大，而且气温低的时间也不太长，气温也不于太低。因此，叉车有冬季和夏季都使用同一牌号的齿轮油。

　　② According to the ambient temperature, the oil with proper viscosity grade should be selected to ensure the lubrication requirements under high and low temperature working conditions. If our company is located in the south, the temperature difference in winter and summer is not as big as that in the north, and the time of low temperature is not too long, and the temperature is not too low. Therefore, our forklift trucks use the same brand of gear oil in winter and summer.
               

　　③在使用中应经常检查油量的多少。油量过多则内压高而漏油，使得半轴油封损坏，制动失效，油量过少则使齿轮轴承润滑不良，机件磨损加剧。

　　③ The amount of oil should be checked frequently in use. If the oil quantity is too much, the internal pressure will be high and oil leakage will occur, which will damage the oil seal of the axle shaft and brake failure. If the oil quantity is too small, the lubrication of gear bearing will be poor and the wear of machine parts will be aggravated.

　　④要适时检查齿轮油的性能指标和污染情况，如超标则要更换。换油时应将齿轮箱清洗干净再注入新油，加油量要适当。
