　　解决方案2:抬起齿轮盖，松开传感器弹簧，用一字螺丝刀调整，然后安装弹簧。如果传感器上没有调节螺丝，松开夹紧弹簧，取下齿轮盖，然后将盖上的4颗螺丝按2-3圈拧紧。

　　Solution 2: Lift the gear cover, loosen the sensor spring, adjust it with a screwdriver, and install the spring. If there is no adjusting screw on the sensor, loosen the clamping spring, remove the gear cover, and then tighten the four screws on the cover by 2-3 turns.

　　故障2:叉车称重时跳数不归零

　　解决方案:，如果发现秤重不准确的问题，即一件秤在两种称重状态下都是一样的，需要重新校准和调整，直到秤重准确为止。如果跳数不为零的错误引起的,请检查传感器固定螺丝是否松动,是否在一个平面上,如没有螺丝松了,在一个平面上,然后需要检查传感器是否本身是有问题的(传感器本身检测:停止使用万用表测试的四个传感器,无论是线性),如果传感器本身有问题,需要更换传感器。

If the number of hops is not zero, please check whether the fixed screw of the sensor is loose, whether it is on a plane, if no screw is loose, on a plane, then you need to check whether the sensor itself is problematic (sensor itself detection: stop using the four sensors tested by the multimeter, whether linear), if the sensor itself has problems, you need to replace the sensor.
