　　The separation bearing of forklift clutch operates frequently, and its damage times account for a large proportion in the fault of used forklift truck. If the driver operates well and maintains in time, the bearing can be used for about 3 months, but it must be replaced in the middle repair. If the driver's technical level is low, the used forklift truck will be damaged almost every month, and other parts will be damaged after the damage, such as the separation lever and clutch piece.

　　离合器别离轴承容易损坏的原因在何处?在实践经验中，虽曾严格要求司机每天给别离轴承点滴一次机油，这不只操作繁琐，并且轴承仍经常损坏。经分析认为，因为发起机的高温传别离轴承，加之轴承高速旋转也会产生高温，在这样的条件下光滑机油很难存留在轴承内，轴承在高温状态下连续作业，并且因为光滑的条件不好，然后形成别离轴承易频繁损坏。

Through analysis, it is considered that because the high temperature of the initiator is transmitted to the separation bearing and the high speed rotation of the bearing will also produce high temperature, it is difficult to keep the smooth oil in the bearing under such conditions, and the bearing works continuously at high temperature, and because the smooth condition is not good, the separation bearing is easy to be damaged frequently.

　　根据以上问题，也曾实验着将轴承放在光滑脂内加热，使光滑脂浸透到轴承内，这样处理后，光滑脂虽能充溢轴承，但因为经高温处理后的光滑脂结构损坏，其功能较大幅度降低，运用此办法效果很不理想，轴承的运用寿命也并没有得到延伸。我们也曾用尖咀黄油枪给别离轴承直接注黄油。再装置上车，经调查检测，轴承的运用寿命大大延伸了。这一注油办法收到了满意的效果，但操作比较复杂。然后又探索在发起机不崩溃的状况下，加注黄油，先是在475 C型发起机上试用取得成功，后又在475C型和480、492型发起机上试用，均收到了很好的效果。经重复实践、改善，总结经验，终形成了一套较为简洁的注油操作办法，具体进程如下：

The effect of this method is not ideal, and the service life of the bearings is also very long. It has not been extended. We also used a pointed butter gun to inject butter directly into the separation bearing. After investigation and testing, the service life of the bearing is greatly extended. This oil injection method has achieved satisfactory results, but the operation is more complex. Then it explores the situation that the starter does not collapse and fills with butter. First, it succeeds in the trial of 475C starter, and then it is tested on 475C starter and 480, 492 starter, all of which have achieved good results. After repeated practice, improvement and summary of experience, a set of relatively simple operation methods for oil injection has been formed. The specific process is as follows:

　　一：在发起机不崩溃的注油办法：首要翻开离合器盖，观查别离轴承的磨损状况，若承认轴承无损坏或磨损不超限，则拆下离合器踏板，调理连杆轴销，使别离轴承及其座退回到后的位置，用尖嘴黄油枪向轴承座的孔加注黄油，直轴承有油溢出，然后稍滚动一下轴承，再次注油，重复以上作业，直到轴承周围都有少许黄油溢出，再使轴承滚动，调查油量，如感到轴承滚动有阻力，证明轴承内已注满黄油。然后铲除别离轴承座遍地溢出的少量黄油，把拆下的销子及离合器盖等重新组装好。

If it is admitted that the bearing is not damaged or worn out, the clutch pedal is removed and the connecting rod pin is adjusted so that the separation bearing and its seat can be retreated to the final position, and yellow is injected into the hole of the bearing seat with a pointed butter gun. Oil, until the bearing oil spills, then slightly rolling the bearing, oil injection again, repeat the above work, until there is a little butter around the bearing overflow, and then make the bearing rolling, investigate the amount of oil, if feel the bearing rolling resistance, prove that the bearing has been filled with butter. Then remove the small amount of butter spilling over from the bearing seat, and reassemble the dismantled pins and clutch caps.

　　二：二手叉车发起机崩溃的注油办法将发起机崩溃露出别离轴承与轴承座的装配件，用尖嘴黄油枪向别离轴承座内圈下方的小油孔加油，轴承有黄油溢出时滚动轴承，直到轴承一圈都有黄油溢出即可。
