1、运行前要检查刹车系统电池电量是不是充足，如发现缺陷就在运行前处理完善后再操作

2、搬运货物时不允许用单个货叉运转货物，也不允许用货叉尖部去挑起货物，是货叉的全部插入货物下面并使货物均匀地放在货叉上

3、平稳起步，转向前一定要先减速，正常行驶速度不要过快，平稳制动停车

4、不准在货叉上站人，叉车上不准载人运行

8、电源电量不足时，叉车的电量保护装置自动开启，叉车货叉将拒绝上升操作，禁止继续载货使用，此时应该空车驶到充电机位置给叉车充电。

9、充电时，先断开叉车工作系统与电池的连接，再将电池与充电机连接，再连接充电机与电源插座，开启充电机。

10、通常情况下，智能型充电机无需要人工干预，非智能充电机，则可以人工干预充电机输出电压与电流值，通常电压输出值比电池标称电压高10即可，输出电流应该设定为电池额定容量的1/10左右。
