1. Regularly maintain the oil filter, and select the oil with appropriate trademark as required;

2、避免燃油进入柴油机油底壳；

2. Avoid fuel entering the diesel oil pan;

3、叉车应保持柴油机油底壳及气门罩盖相对关闭，避免杂物侵入机油；

3. The forklift shall keep the diesel engine oil pan and valve cover relatively closed to prevent sundries from invading the engine oil;

4、要按规则定时替换机油，替换机油时，应在停机后趁热将机油放尽，并清洗油底壳，避免残存的废机油与新机油混合，对新机油起腐蚀作用。

4. Replace the engine oil regularly according to the rules. When replacing the engine oil, drain the engine oil while it is hot after shutdown, and clean the oil pan to avoid mixing the residual waste engine oil with the new engine oil and corroding the new engine oil.

5、应保持叉车柴油机正常的作业温度，柴油机的正常作业温度为80-90℃，温度过高会使机油变稀，加快机油的氧化蜕变，降低机油的光滑效果。温度过低，则会使柴油得不到充分焚烧，一部分油气就会冷凝成液态顺着气缸壁流入油底壳，稀释机油。

5. The normal operating temperature of forklift diesel engine shall be maintained. The normal operating temperature of diesel engine is 80-90 ℃. Too high temperature will dilute the oil, accelerate the oxidation and transformation of the oil and reduce the smoothness of the oil. If the temperature is too low, the diesel will not be fully incinerated, and part of the oil and gas will condense into liquid and flow into the oil pan along the cylinder wall to dilute the engine oil.
