不能转动系统压力正常旋转减速机齿轮或蜗轮，蜗杆损坏，检查维修。压力马达柱塞或轴承严重卡住或磨损，检查维修。液压马达输出轴断开并更换。回转液压系统压力低。

故障排除方法是调整。有两种调整：，当有负载时，应在停止旋转，直到重新加载正常时进行调整。其次，压力表用于根据指示手册（旋转压力的大小与模型有关）调节溢流阀的压力；二是液压马达和控制阀检修，更换磨损部件。
