Some drivers find that after a long period of driving, there will be noise after using the forklift for a period of time. How does the noise of the forklift come into being? What should be paid attention to when operating clutch to avoid noise?

一、电动叉车噪音问题的原因

1、 Causes of noise problems of electric forklift

1、查看导轮、滚轮与门架的冲突翻滚空隙是不是过大。货叉与叉架横梁间的合作空隙是不是过大，这些因素都会致使电动叉车在使用时发生较大的噪音。

1. Check whether the collision rolling gap between guide wheel, roller and gantry is too large. Whether the cooperation gap between the fork and the cross beam of the fork frame is too large or not, these factors will cause the electric forklift to produce greater noise in use.

2、链条与链片销轴磨损空隙过大或者是货叉上、下卡钉与叉架横梁空隙过大。

2. The wear gap between the chain and the pin shaft of the chain piece is too large, or the gap between the upper and lower pins of the fork and the cross beam of the fork frame is too large.

3、紧固件松动，车体导轮和滚轮磨损严峻，导致空隙很大。

3. The looseness of fasteners and severe wear of guide wheel and roller lead to large gap.
         

二、注意事项

1、电动叉车行驶不使用离合器时，不得将脚放在离合器踏板上，以免离合器发生半联动现象，影响动力传递，加剧离合器片、分离轴承等机件的磨损。

1. When the electric forklift does not use the clutch, it is not allowed to put the foot on the clutch pedal, so as to avoid the semi linkage phenomenon of the clutch, which will affect the power transmission and aggravate the wear of clutch plate, release bearing and other parts.

2、行驶中不论是高 档换低档，还是低档换高 档，禁止不塌离合器换挡。

2. During driving, it is forbidden to shift gears without collapsing the clutch, whether it is shifting from high gear to low gear or from low gear to high gear.

3、经常检查并保持分离杠杆与分离轴承的间隙，并对离合器分离轴承、座、套等按时检查加油。

3. Regularly check and maintain the clearance between the release lever and the release bearing, and timely check and refuel the clutch release bearing, seat, sleeve, etc.

电动叉车产生噪音的原因有很多，工作人员应当将叉车开到停车场设施里面进行专项的排查并查找原因，这样才能从本源上解决叉车噪音大的疑问，工作人员在作业时要注意，尽量避免噪音的产生。
