　　1、使用中经常发现有的电动叉车上的线路较乱，多余导线、外露线头较多，随意乱接电线的现象也比较普遍。由此导致全车线路混乱，常会引起人为电路故障，很难查找，严重时会发生搭铁短路，烧毁电气设备和线束，引起火灾事故，直接影响到叉车的操作运行。

　　1. 　　2、在维修叉车电路线束时，必须遵守修理规范，按照叉车低压线路的线色、代号及编号布置的标准布线，绝不能在故障尚末排除时就另行接电源线，或某一线段损坏时，不管颜色，不论粗细，就随意地换线，这样会人为造成整车的电路线束混乱、故障增多的后果。更换熔丝前，应该关掉所有电气设备及点火开关，并按规定进行更换。

　　2. In the maintenance of forklift circuit harness, it is necessary to observe the repair specifications, follow the standard wiring arrangement of line color, code and number of low-voltage line of forklift, never connect the power line separately when the fault has not been eliminated, or change the line arbitrarily when a line section is damaged, no matter the color or thickness, which will cause the confusion of circuit harness of the whole vehicle and the consequence of more faults. Before replacing fuse, all electrical equipment and ignition switch shall be turned off and replaced as required.

　　3、若更换后的熔线又被烧断，则说明系统有短路现象，应该仔细检查并排除故障后再给予更换。有电源总开关的叉车，停车熄火后，应该关闭电源总开关。定期对线路总熔断器进行检查、养护和调整，必要时更换新的零配件。

　　3. If the replaced fuse is burnt out again, it means that the system is short circuited, and it should be replaced after careful inspection and troubleshooting. For forklift trucks with main power switch, the main power switch shall be turned off after shutdown. Check, maintain and adjust the main fuse regularly, and replace new parts if necessary.
