　　During the charging and discharging process of electric forklift truck, the water content in the electrolyte decreases gradually due to electrolysis and evaporation, thus lowering the water level of the electrolyte. If not replenished in time, it may shorten the service life of forklift battery.

　　只加水吗?自来水吗?饮用水吗?给电动叉车蓄电池补充的水应该是蒸馏水，不要选择便宜的饮用水代替蒸馏水。毕竟纯净水中含有多种微量元素，叉车电池会造成很好的冲击。

　　特别注意:有时叉车不启动，很多人会认为这是由于电动载货汽车缺乏电力储备造成的，经常给电池添加电解液，结果适得其反，大大缩短了电池的使用寿命。电动叉车电解液应按原电解液浓度补充。电动叉车蓄电池正常工作，仅用水，不得添加电解质!如果电动叉车的电池被倾倒，电解液流出导致损失，电解液可以更换。

　　Special attention: Sometimes forklift trucks do not start, many people will think that this is due to the lack of power reserve of electric trucks, often adding electrolyte to batteries, which results in the opposite, greatly shortening the service life of batteries. The electrolyte of electric forklift truck should be supplemented according to the original electrolyte concentration. The battery of electric forklift truck works normally, only water is used, no electrolyte is added! If the battery of electric forklift truck is dumped, the electrolyte will flow out and cause loss, and the electrolyte can be replaced.

　　我什么时候需要蒸馏水?叉车取下电池，只需轻轻打开电池的小帽，看看电池的盖子里面是否有干的或者水是否达到警示线，就可以判断电池是否需要加水。另外，蓄电池板上覆盖有白色玻璃纤维棉，正常情况下应潮湿。

　　When do I need distilled water? When the forklift truck takes off the battery, it just needs to gently open the battery cap and see if the battery cover is dry or if the water reaches the warning line, so as to determine whether the battery needs water. In addition, the battery board is covered with white fiberglass cotton, which should be wet under normal conditions.

　　具体做法:用滴管吸蒸馏水，通过排气孔注入电池。用透气屏障盖住排气口，防止灰尘落入排气口。使用二次蒸馏水。水合作用的原理是少而精。可添加的量足够多，更会引起酸比重下降，电池容量不足。没有经验的人可以使用5毫升每孔，并使用玻璃，塑料和其他吸管的水化工具。建议使用一次性医用注射器，使用方便，测量方便。补水工具不应使用任何金属器具，注射器应拔出金属针，使用后设置塑料管。

　　Specific practices: distilled water is absorbed by dropper and injected into battery through exhaust hole. Cover the exhaust port with an air permeability barrier to prevent dust from falling into the exhaust port. Use secondary distilled water. The principle of hydration is few but fine. Sufficient amount can be added, which will lead to the decrease of acid proportion and the insufficient capacity of batteries. An inexperienced person can use 5 milliliters per hole and use hydration tools for glass, plastics and other pipes. It is suggested to use disposable medical syringe, which is convenient to use and measure. No metal appliances should be used in water supply tools. The metal needle should be pulled out of the syringe and the plastic pipe should be installed after use.
