　　I. The Function of Crankshaft Flywheel Set of Forklift Truck

　　1、叉车曲轴的作用是将叉车活塞连杆组传来的气体压力上下运动力转变化绕其自身轴线旋转的转矩，对外输出动力，并驱动配气机构以及各辅助安装。曲轴在工作中接受着不时变化的气体压力，惯性力和转矩的作用，因而叉车曲轴必需具有足够的硬度和强度。叉车曲轴的主轴颈是曲轴的支撑局部和旋转轴线，装置在汽缸体的主轴承座孔中，其间装有主轴瓦（瓦式轴承）。有的发起机型，其主轴采用滚动轴承，连杆轴颈与连杆大头相配合，曲柄用来衔接主轴颈和连杆轴颈，均衡配重用来均衡发起机运转中产生的向心力和向心力矩，使发起机运转平稳。曲轴内制有贯串主轴颈，曲柄和连杆轴颈的油道，以使具有一定压力的光滑油流去光滑曲轴轴曲轴瓦和连杆轴瓦。

　　1. Some start-up engines have rolling bearings on their spindles, connecting rod journals and connecting rod heads, cranks to connect the spindle journals and connecting rod journals, and balanced counterweights to balance the centripetal force and centripetal moment generated during the start-up operation, so as to make the start-up run smoothly. The crankshaft is internally equipped with oil passages running through the main journal, crank and connecting rod journal, so as to smooth the crankshaft crankshaft bush and connecting rod bush by smooth oil flow with certain pressure.

　　前端轴是指道主轴颈之前的局部,通常装有起动风扇皮带轮,正时齿轮,挡油盘等,有的还装有改变减振器.后端轴是后一道主轴颈之后的局部,有装置飞轮用的凸缘，回油螺纹和甩油圈等。

　　2、叉车飞轮的作用是将曲轴行程的局部旋转能量储存起来，以带动轴柄连杆机构越过上止点和克制其它三个辅助行程的阻力，同时将发起机的动力传给离合器。为了使飞轮具有较大的转动惯性而又有小的质量，飞轮的质量多集中在轮缘上。普通在飞轮的外缘上装有齿圈，借以与起动机齿轮啮合，以便起动叉车发起机。

　　2. 　　1、叉车曲轴主要由由前端轴，主轴颈，连杆轴颈，曲柄，均衡配重和后端轴等局部的小叉车配件组成。

　　2、叉车飞轮是由铸铁制成的圆盘，外缘上压有齿环，能够与叉车起动机的驱动齿轮啮合。正时齿轮、带轮及曲轴改变减振器等组成。
