　　The main parts of  used forklift truck distribution mechanism are as follows:

　　二手关节叉车阀:阀门分为阀和排气阀两种类型，其作用是开启和关闭进气、排气通道，它由头部和杆件组成。阀头用于开启和关闭进排气通道，阀杆用于引导阀门的运动。进气阀采用普通合金钢，排气阀采用耐热合金钢，因为排气阀头部与燃气直接接触，受热严重。

　　Second-hand joint forklift valve: Valves are divided into two types: valve and exhaust valve. Its function is to open and close the intake and exhaust channels. It consists of head and rod. The valve head is used to open and close the intake and exhaust passages, and the stem is used to guide the movement of the valve. The intake valve is made of common alloy steel, and the exhaust valve is made of heat-resistant alloy steel. Because the head of the exhaust valve is directly in contact with the gas, it is heated seriously.

　　为了保证阀头与阀座之间的紧固配合和热传导，阀头与阀座之间采用锥形连接面和地面。锥面与顶面夹角称为阀锥角，常用的阀锥角为30°和45°。阀体是阀门运动的导向部件。在普通阀杆本体的尾部开槽，安装锥形锁板。

　　In order to ensure the tight fit and heat conduction between the valve head and the seat, the conical connection surface and the ground are used between the valve head and the seat. The angle between the cone surface and the top surface is called the valve cone angle. The commonly used valve cone angle is 30 degrees and 45 degrees. The valve body is the guiding part of the valve movement. The tail of the ordinary stem body is grooved and the conical locking plate is installed.

　　2、二手直升机叉车阀座:阀座是缸体(侧阀)或阀盖(顶阀)，直接加工出圆形阀座孔，它具有与阀门密封作用。有些阀座可以加工成耐磨合金铸铁环，嵌入缸体或缸盖内。

　　2. Second-hand helicopter forklift seat: The seat is cylinder block (side valve) or valve cover (top valve), which directly processes the circular seat hole, which has the function of sealing with the valve. Some seats can be machined into wear-resistant alloy cast iron rings and embedded in cylinder blocks or cylinder heads.

　　3、二手heli叉车阀导管:其作用是引导阀门做出正确的轴向运动，同时也间接地将阀杆的热量传递到水套上。为了便于维修和更换，阀门管道被单独制造并压入缸体(或缸盖)。当阀管被压入缸体(或缸盖)时，应有一定的干涉和压力深度，以保证良好的传热。

　　3. Used Heli forklift valve conduit: Its function is to guide the valve to make correct axial motion, but also indirectly transfer the heat of the valve stem to the water jacket. In order to facilitate maintenance and replacement, valve piping is manufactured separately and pressed into the cylinder (or cylinder head). When the valve tube is pressed into the cylinder (or cylinder head), there should be a certain degree of interference and pressure depth to ensure good heat transfer.

　　4、二手heli叉车阀弹簧:其作用是保证阀门与阀座关闭，并减缓和克服由阀门等传动部件产生的惯性力，以防止阀门分配机构的正常工作。

　　4. Used Heli forklift valve spring: Its function is to ensure the closure of valve and seat, and to reduce and overcome inertia force generated by transmission parts such as valves, in order to prevent the normal operation of valve distribution mechanism.

　　5、二手直升机叉车气门挺杆:将凸轮运动推到气门(侧式)或推杆(顶式)上，控制气门的启闭。

　　5. Valve tappet of second-hand helicopter forklift truck: Push cam motion to valve (side type) or push rod (top type) to control valve opening and closing.

　　6. 二手直升机叉车阀推杆:将挺杆的运动转移到顶置阀机构的摇臂上。推杆是由空心钢管制成的直杆，两端焊接成不同形状。上端为凹球，摇臂调节螺钉的球头位于凹球内。下端为圆球头，用于插入挺杆的凹球支承。

　　6. Second-hand helicopter forklift valve push rod: transfer the movement of the tappet to the rocker arm of the overhead valve mechanism. Push rod is a straight rod made of hollow steel tube and welded into different shapes at both ends. The upper end is a concave ball, and the ball head of the rocker arm adjusting screw is located in the concave ball. The lower end is a spherical head, which is used to insert concave ball support of tappet.

　　7. 二手直升机叉车气门摇臂:其作用是改变挺杆向气门运动的方向。它是一个不等的臂杆，中间有一个圆孔。长臂的末端有一个与阀门尾部接触的圆形弯曲工作面。短臂末端设有螺钉孔，用于安装调节螺钉和锁紧螺母，以调节阀门间隙。中间部分为带有青铜衬套的摇臂轴承。

　　7. Valve rocker arm of second-hand helicopter forklift truck: Its function is to change the direction of the tappet to the valve. It is an unequal arm bar with a round hole in the middle. The end of the long arm has a circular bending working face in contact with the tail of the valve. The end of the short arm is provided with a screw hole for installing adjusting screw and locking nut to adjust valve clearance. The middle part is rocker bearing with bronze bushing.

　　8、二手接头叉车摇臂轴:它是一个空心的圆形轴，有几个支架安装在气缸盖上，摇臂臂部设置在摇臂轴上，并能使摇臂在轴上作圆周摆动。轴内孔与主油通道连接，为配油机构提供润滑油。

　　8. Second-hand joint forklift rocker arm axle: It is a hollow circular axle. Several brackets are installed on the cylinder head. The rocker arm is set on the rocker arm axle and can make the rocker arm swing around the axle. The inner hole of the shaft is connected with the main oil passage to provide lubricating oil for the oil distribution mechanism.

　　9. 二手直升机叉车凸轮轴:用于控制各缸阀的关闭时间和开启变化。并驱动油泵、油泵、分配器等配件。它由进气凸轮、排气凸轮、轴颈、驱动油泵和分配器的齿轮和驱动油泵摇臂的偏心轮组成。

　　9. Second-hand helicopter forklift camshaft: used to control the closing time and opening changes of cylinder valves. And drive oil pump, oil pump, distributor and other accessories. It consists of intake cam, exhaust cam, journal, gear driving oil pump and distributor and eccentric wheel driving oil pump rocker arm.

　　10、使用heli叉车正时齿轮:凸轮轴通常由曲轴通过一对正时齿轮驱动。小齿轮安装在曲轴的前部，称为曲轴正时齿轮。大齿轮安装在凸轮轴的前部，称为凸轮轴正时齿轮。齿轮比为2∶1，保证曲轴旋转两次，凸轮轴旋转一次。

　　10. Use Heli forklift timing gear: The camshaft is usually driven by a crankshaft through a pair of timing gears. The pinion is installed in the front of the crankshaft, which is called crankshaft timing gear. The big gear is installed in the front of the camshaft, which is called the camshaft timing gear. The gear ratio is 2:1, which ensures that the crankshaft rotates twice and the camshaft rotates once.

　　为了保证正确的分配相位和发射时间，在两个齿轮的对应位置上刻上网格标记。为了限制凸轮轴的轴向运动随发动机转速的变化，安装了轴向限位装置。
