　　The tire of Shandong electric forklift truck is the most vulnerable to wear and tear in the long transportation process. When the tire wears excessively and the equipment can not run normally, we need to replace it. So what should be done in the process of replacement?

　　1、卸下电动叉车的载荷并将车辆停放在平坦、硬实的路面上，货叉下降到地面，施加停车制动止住车轮。

　　1. Unload the load of the electric forklift and park the vehicle on a flat and hard road surface. The fork drops to the ground and applies parking brake to stop the wheel.

　　2、用千斤顶顶在所要更换轮胎的那一侧的外侧门架下面。把叉车顶起到轮胎依然稍稍与地面接触的程度。在叉车机架前侧下面放置垫块，以防止下落。

　　2. Use jack under the outside door frame on the side where the tire is to be replaced. Put the top of the forklift truck up to the point where the tire still touches the ground slightly. Place pads under the front side of forklift frame to prevent falling.

　　3、用轮毂螺母扳手或其它工具松开轮毂螺母，直到螺母可用手转动。松开螺母的顺序应按对角线的顺序进行。

　　3. Use hub nut wrench or other tools to loosen hub nut until the nut can be rotated by hand. The sequence of loosening nuts should be in diagonal order.

　　4、把电动叉车再顶起一点，直到轮胎稍稍离地。拆下轮毂螺母并拆下前轮组件。

　　4. Push up the electric forklift a little more until the tire is slightly off the ground. Remove hub nut and front wheel assembly.

　　5、把前轮组件的轮毂的那一侧放置在平坦、硬实的路面上，路面上应铺木板或毛毯等防止轮辋檫伤的垫子，借助工具，压下轮胎，取下两片半片式卡簧，再取下挡圈，就可拆下轮胎。

　　5. Place the hub side of the front wheel assembly on a flat and hard road surface. Pavement should be paved with wooden boards or blankets and other cushions to prevent the rim from galling. With the help of tools, press down the tire, remove two half-leaf clips, and then remove the retaining ring, the tire can be removed.

　　6、把新轮胎放进轮辋(注意轮胎的方向)，压下轮胎，安放好挡圈，再插装好卡簧，松开轮胎，就装配好了前轮组件。

　　6. Put the new tire into the rim (pay attention to the direction of the tire), press down the tire, place the retaining ring, insert the clip spring, loosen the tire, and assemble the front wheel assembly.

　　7、把装配好的前轮组件，套进轮毂螺栓，先用手逐个拧紧轮毂螺母，再用轮毂螺母扳手或其它工具对角地预紧轮毂螺母，预紧力矩20-30Nm(2-3.5kgfm)。注意螺栓和螺母的螺纹上不得沾有油脂和机油，否则会影响螺母的紧固力矩，造成意外事故。

　　7. Insert the assembled front wheel assembly into the hub bolts, tighten the hub nuts one by one by hand, then pre-tighten the hub nuts diagonally with the hub nut wrench or other tools, and the pre-tightening moment is 20-30Nm (2-3.5kgfm). Attention should be paid to the thread of bolts and nuts not to be contaminated with grease and oil, otherwise it will affect the fastening moment of nuts and cause accidents.

　　另外值得我们注意的是在电动叉车完成对轮胎的更换工作之后，需要及时对车辆进行试运转工作。并及时检查轮胎螺母是否存在有松动的现象，如果存在问题的话可以根据需要及时将其拧紧，在确保车辆无任何故障问题之后才可以进行正常的运输工作。

　　In addition, it is worth noting that after the electric forklift completes the tire replacement work, it is necessary to carry out the trial operation of the vehicle in time. And timely check whether there is loosening phenomenon of tire nuts, if there is a problem, it can be tightened in time according to need, in order to ensure that there is no trouble in the vehicle before normal transportation work.
