　　How to repair the bad braking effect of forklift brake system. Under normal circumstances, there are three kinds of phenomena: one is that the forklift can't slow down and stop in time when it pedals several times; the other is that the pedal height is normal when it pedals, but it feels weak when it pedals, and it can't stop immediately; the third is that when it pedals, it feels that the pedal is high, hard or even can't move, there is a rebound feeling, and the braking effect is not good. The methods of fault diagnosis and elimination are as follows:

　　（1）.如连续踩几下刹车踏板，踏板逐渐升高，且升高后继续再多几次往下踩，能感觉到踏板有一定的弹力，可松开踏板稍停过一会后再踩，若仍然如此即为制动系统内有空气，应予排除空气。

　　(1) If you press the brake pedal several times continuously, the pedal gradually rises and continues to step down several times after rising, you can feel that the pedal has certain elasticity, and you can release the pedal after a short pause and then step on it. If there is air in the brake system, you should exclude air.

　　排放空气前应先检查刹车油杯的油量或添加满后排放顺序应再从制动总泵开始，多踩几下然后踩住刹车踏板把总泵上的排气螺丝松掉，这样反复几次把总泵上的空气排完，要是刹车总泵没有排空螺丝的话只有把刹车总泵上面的两条刹车油管其中的一条松掉后，用手用力按住，反复多踩刹车踏板几次直到手按不住刹车油飞出来为止然后再把油管装上去继续按刹车分泵的空气。各分泵排放空气的顺序应从离制动总泵近的分泵开始，逐一排放。排气方法：由一人负责踩刹车踏板，另一人负责排放空气。先将刹车踏板连续多踩几下后然后踩住踏板到底后不放松，另外一人再将分泵的排气螺钉松开，把混有空气的刹车油排出，刹车踏板压力下降后，再拧紧放气螺钉，然后放松刹车踏板。再多踩几下刹车踏板完全回位后，再次将刹车踏板踩住，继续放气。这样反复几次便可将分泵内的空气完全排出。若是只有一个人没有别人帮忙的情况下可以把刹车踏板人踩的位置在边上用个绳子一个手拉住，另外一个手再松紧排空螺丝（方法如上）这样反复几次亦可装刹车分泵内的空气排完。

　　Before discharging air, check the amount of oil in the brake oil cup or add the order of discharging after filling the brake oil cup. Start with the brake master pump, press on the brake pedal a few times and loosen the exhaust screw on the master pump. This will exhaust the air on the master pump several times. If there is no exhaust screw on the master brake pump, only loosen one of the two brake oil pipes on the master brake pump and use your hands. Press hard and repeatedly press the brake pedal several times until the hand can not hold the brake oil to fly out and then install the tubing to continue to press the brake pump air. The order of air discharged by each sub-pump should start with the sub-pump nearest to the brake master pump and discharge one by one. Exhaust method: One person is responsible for treading the brake pedal, the other person is responsible for discharging air. First, the brake pedal is stepped on several times continuously, then the pedal is not relaxed after stepping on it. The other person then releases the exhaust screw of the pump, discharges the brake oil mixed with air, tightens the deflation screw after the pressure of the brake pedal decreases, and then relaxes the brake pedal. After a few more strokes of the brake pedal, the brake pedal will be stepped on again and continue to deflate. In this way, the air in the sub-pump can be exhausted completely several times. If only one person can hold the brake pedal position on the side with a rope and one hand without the help of others, the other hand can tighten the empty screw (as above) so that the air in the brake sub-pump can be exhausted several times.

　　（2）.若踩一脚刹车踏板时刹车不灵，再多连续踩几脚刹车踏板踏板位置慢慢升高，并且刹车效果慢慢良好，说明刹车踏板自由行程过大或者是刹车片与刹车轮毂毂之间间隙过大。这时应先检查刹车踏板与刹车总泵推杆之间的自由行程，使其在规定范围之内，再检查或调整刹车片与刹车轮毂之间的间隙。

　　若连续踩下叉车配件刹车踏板踏板位置能逐渐升高，但不抬脚继续往下踩住没感到踏板有太大压力，却有慢慢下沉的感觉，则表明刹车系统内有漏油之处或刹车总泵内漏。此时应先检查油管和接头有无漏油之处，如有泄漏，则应采取紧固、焊接或更换等方法处理，或者更换刹车总泵修理包或者总泵总成。

　　If the position of the brake pedal pedal of forklift truck fittings can be raised gradually, but the pedal does not feel too much pressure, but has the feeling of slowly sinking, it indicates that there is oil leakage in the brake system or the leakage in the brake pump. At this time, we should check whether there is oil leakage in the tubing and joint. If there is leakage, we should take tightening, welding or replacement methods to deal with it, or replace the repair kit or assembly of the brake master pump.

　　当踩下刹车踏板时若踏板位置很低，再连踩几下踏板，位置仍不能升高，一般为刹车总泵通气孔或刹车油进油孔堵塞，应检查疏通。若踏板高度符合要求，踩下时不软弱和不下沉，但刹车效果不良，则为刹车轮毂内的故障，应进一步分解刹车轮毂和检修。

　　When stepping on the brake pedal, if the pedal position is very low, and then stepping on the pedal several times, the position can not rise, generally for the blockage of the ventilation hole of the brake pump or the oil inlet hole of the brake oil, it should be checked and dredged. If the pedal height meets the requirements, the pedal is not weak or sinking, but the braking effect is not good, then the failure in the brake wheel hub should be further decomposed and repaired.

　　（3）.如踩动刹车踏板时踏板过高、过硬或者是反弹顶脚，则有可能是真空增压助力器有故障。应先检查各真空管路是否完好，接头是否连接可靠，然后再检查真空增压助力器。检查时可先踩下刹车踏板踩住不放，然后启动发动机，怠速运转几秒钟，如感到刹车踏板自动下降一点，则说明真空增压助力器良好；若刹车踏板并不能自行下降，则说明真空增压助力器工作不良，应维修或者更换叉车配件真空增压助力器总成。

　　(3) If the brake pedal is too high, too rigid or rebounded, it may be a fault of the vacuum booster booster. It is necessary to check whether the vacuum pipelines are in good condition and the joints are reliable before checking the vacuum booster. When checking, the brake pedal can be stepped on first, then the engine can be started and idled for a few seconds. If the brake pedal drops a little automatically, the vacuum booster is good. If the brake pedal can't drop by itself, the vacuum booster is not working well, so the vacuum booster assembly of forklift parts should be repaired or replaced.
