　　1、叉车驾驶员在每次启动叉车前或充电前要关注叉车显示板上显示的电池电量，电池好是在还有20%电量时进行充电，不要等电量全部用完才充。一旦叉车电池电量用到尽将会连开到充电区都开不到了。另一方面就是用尽了电对电池的寿命有一定的影响。不看叉车电量表不管叉车是否有电就去充电，这种做法也是不可取的，叉车电池正常情况下的充电次数大约在1400次左右，随便充电将直接减少电池的寿命。

　　1. The forklift driver should pay attention to the battery power displayed on the forklift display panel before starting the forklift truck or charging the forklift truck. The battery should be charged when 20% of the power is still available, and do not wait for the battery to be fully used up. Once the forklift battery is used up, it will not be able to drive to the charging area. On the other hand, running out of electricity has a certain impact on the life of the battery. It is also not advisable to charge the forklift without looking at the electric meter of forklift. The normal charging times of forklift battery are about 1400 times. Charging randomly will directly reduce the service life of the battery.

　　2、叉车电池在充电前请务必确认叉车充电器的匹配性，不是匹配的充电机会严重影响电池的使用寿命，或直接损坏电池。

　　3、充电应在通风良好的地方，打开上盖或将电池从叉车中取出。电池在充电时好是打开盖子让其处在通风状态。因为电池在充电过程中会有可燃气体氢气产生，因此决不允许将电池暴露给明火，这样容易形成的爆炸气体可能引起火灾，造成财产损失和人员伤害。并严禁在电瓶附近抽烟，严禁任何火焰或火花产生。电瓶在储存或充电时务必在通风良好处，但不要在抽风口处，避免酸雾造成腐蚀。

　　3. Charging should be in a well ventilated place, open the upper cover or take the battery out of the forklift. When charging the battery, it is better to open the cover and let it be in a ventilated state. Because the combustible gas hydrogen will be produced during the charging process of the battery, it is not allowed to expose the battery to open fire. The explosive gas easily formed may cause fire, resulting in property loss and personal injury. It is strictly forbidden to smoke near the battery and any flame or spark is prohibited. The battery must be well ventilated during storage or charging, but not at the exhaust port to avoid corrosion caused by acid mist.

　　4、充电器的连接线插头务必到位。叉车电池要进行充电时一定要将充电器的连接线插头和电池插头插到位，如果电池插头插不到位它的接触面会很少，这样就会导致电阻很大，而过大的电阻容易导致燃烧。

　　4. The connection line plug of charger must be in place. When the forklift battery is to be charged, the connector plug and battery plug of the charger must be inserted in place. If the battery plug is not inserted in place, its contact surface will be very few, which will lead to high resistance, and excessive resistance is easy to cause combustion.

　　5、叉车电池在充电中，但电还没充满就需要使用电池，就得先把暂停开关关掉，否则电量会回流这样就容易烧掉充电器电脑板。

　　5. The forklift battery is in the process of charging, but the battery needs to be used before the battery is fully charged. You must first turn off the pause switch, otherwise the power will flow back, which will easily burn the charger computer board.

　　6、电池表面或连接处务必保持干净清洁、干燥。如有灰尘、杂质等务必用湿布或抗静电布干净，否则会导致短路爆炸酿成大火，也会造成极柱与连接条腐蚀使电池损坏。

　　6. Keep the battery surface or connection clean and dry. If there are dust and impurities, be sure to clean them with wet cloth or anti-static cloth, otherwise, it will lead to short-circuit explosion, fire, and corrosion of pole and connecting bar, which will damage the battery.

　　7、不能在电池上放置工具或其它金属物体。
